Ag producers in the Hamilton County area should mark their calendars for the last day of the month, which is set up to feature the 2020 Hamilton County Corn Growers Association plot tour.

Tomato fruit issues, what to look for

As tomatoes ripen, a few odd fruit issues arise. These include growth cracks, zippering, catfacing, yellow shoulders and blotchy ripening. All interesting names but not much fun to encounter on a tomato.
Cracks in tomatoes near the stem are growth cracks.

Scouting for Eagle rank
