Nebraska Extension shares tips, tricks for producers

Steve Melvin, Nebraska Extension Educator and irrigated cropping systems specialist, spoke to area farmers and the Hamilton County Corn Growers Association during a plot tour in September. 
“Most of you probably know that irrigation is my specialty and I work with primarily the (Nebraska) Extension,” he began. “This is the time of  year when you guys are wrapping up the irrigation season and you kind of know where the problems are with your different systems.”
