Jacqueline “Jacque” S. Krance, 61 of Central City, died peacefully, Tuesday, November 11, 2025 surrounded by her family at Bryan Medical Center West Hospital in Lincoln. Cremation has been held. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Sharon was the daughter of Ralph and Helen Snoberger. She was raised on the family farm in Phillips. Sharon graduated from Aurora High School in 1952. She married Alan H. Nissen on January 11, 1953.

Polk resident, Lynn Hofmann, 56, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Merrick Medical Center in Central City. Memorial services will be conducted at 1 p.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Federated Church in Sutton, with Pastor Evan Christensen officiating.

Evelyn Bamesberger, age 94, of Aurora, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025 at Memorial Community Care. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, November 15 at Westside Covenant Church, 1009 1st Street, in Aurora. Rev. Karl Larson will officiate.

Rita G. Friesen, age 82, of York, died Saturday, October 25, 2025 in York. She was born on May 15, 1943 to Carl and Dorothy (Renquist) Wilson in Oakland, CA. On July 25, 1968 she was united in marriage to LeRoy (Pete) Friesen in York.
