Neal Joseph Mead, son of the late Milan Joseph Mead and Marianne Morgan Mead, was born February 6, 1962 in St. Joseph, Michigan.  He departed this life October 19, 2025 at his home in Wiseman, Arkansas at the age of 63.  He was united in marriage to Malynda “Mindy” Wagner May 7, 1988 in St.
