NWU announces spring academic honors list

Nebraska Wesleyan University has announced its Academic Honors List for the spring semester of the 2019- 2020 academic year. A student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.75 (on a 4.00 scale) for 12 or more hours of coursework to qualify for the list.

Unemployment claims decrease

The Nebraska Department of Labor announced this week that new unemployment claims decreased while continued unemployment claims saw another decline. Last week, 3,973 new regular unemployment claims were filed, a decrease of 51.6 percent over the prior week, when 8,208 claims were filed.
