Miller spends golden years clothing babies in need

Most people aim to spend their retired years pursuing different passions and relaxing. Aurora resident Hannah Miller has filled up her days by sewing, not for herself, but to create diapers for babies in Haiti. “I saw that they wanted somebody to make diapers and I was retired,” she explained.

Hampton Cruise Night back for 19th year

A nearly 20-year tradition will return to Hampton Aug. 14 with the return of the TDLC Cruise Night. Now in its 19th year, the event will feature classic cars, a free meal and some good old-fashioned hometown hospitality, as designed by event organizer Roger Bamesberger.
