Aurora’s defense swarmed to the ball all night long in the Nov. 18 C1 semifinals against Boone Central, and will be put to the test Tuesday in the state championship game against Pierce at Memorial Stadium.

Field work is wrapping up in Hamilton County and farmers are getting in the last bits of harvest, as shown here in a field near Highway 14. With the dry conditions effecting the soil, some farmers report a slow-down in field work after harvest.

The Giltner Area Development Corporation members will be holding its fifth annual Veteran’s Day program Nov. 9 at 12:30 p.m., with the corporation combining forces with Giltner Public Schools for the first time.
