The area collected two medalists during the NSAA girls state wrestling championships from the CHI Health Center in Omaha by the end of the day Wednesday.

Crete downs Aurora in double OT classic

Aurora and Crete played another instant classic to close out the regular season.In its final game at home of the season, Aurora was unable to avenge its earlier loss to the Cardinals as Crete outlasted the Lady Huskies 58-50 in double overtime Thursday night.
