Four Quilt of Valor presentations were made on Friday at the Aurora High School Veterans Day program held at the Middle School Gym. Jeanette Friesen was on hand to oversee the presentations and introduce the recipients and students who read their military histories.

The entire High Plains Community Schools district gathered together for a special Veterans Day program Friday in Polk, tipping its cap to those who have, are currently and will someday serve.
