Unique parents, forever and always

Neither my mom or dad parented my siblings and me “traditionally.”
My parents themselves didn’t come from normal upbringings. Due to my grandpa being in the Navy, my mom moved around the world every three years.

Seniors strive for balance

Being in high school is a balancing act.
Many kids are multi-sport athletes, multi-activity performers or somewhere in between -- there is rarely ever a minute of downtime for us students, especially seniors.

Emma Snoberger has always had a knack for the farm life and taking care of animals to the point where she’s found her calling.
The High Plains Community senior grew up showing animals and has taken that passion to becoming the HPC FFA chapter president.

Emma Snoberger follows passion for ag to NAYI

The annual Nebraska Agricultural Youth Institute (NAYI) is a week-long event for high school students to gather, network and gain education about future careers.
Emma Snoberger was one of the around 150 high school students from across the state that was selected to participate in this year’s event.
