It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Tanner.  Born January 2, 2002, he will be greatly missed by all those who treasured him.  Tanner went to be with our Lord on November 4, 2022. A Funeral Service will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Patty A. Jensen, age 84, of Aurora, passed away Friday, November 4, 2022, at Memorial Community Care. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, November 8 at the Aurora United Methodist Church. Rev. Michelle Reed will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m.

Levi Peters

Levi P. Peters passed away at Legacy Square in Henderson, on November 3, 2022, at the age of 95. Visitation will be held at Metz Mortuary, Henderson, on November 7 from 1-8 p.m. The family will be at the mortuary to greet guests from 7-8 p.m.

Robert 'The Bear' Larson

Robert ‘The Bear’ Larson, age 87, of Aurora, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Westfield Quality Care. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 5 at the United Methodist Church in Aurora. Rev. Michelle Reed will officiate. Interment will be in the Aurora Cemetery.

Ann Sukup

Mass of Christian Burial for Ann Sukup, age 85, of Creighton, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, November 4, 2022, at St. Ludger Catholic Church in Creighton. Reverend Jeremy Hans will be celebrant, with burial in St. Ludger Catholic Cemetery in Creighton. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-7 p.m.

Ernest Ochsner

Ernest Victor Ochsner, the youngest son of immigrants, Victor and Melita (Eisenbraun) Ochsner, was born on January 28, 1944 in Isabel, South Dakota and died from complications of cancer on October 28, 2022 at the age of 78.

Doris Rathje Djernes

Doris Rathje Djernes, 96, of Phillips, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022, at her home. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, November 3 at Messiah Lutheran Church in Aurora.  Pastor Rudy Flores will officiate.

Katherine Wilson

Katherine “Kathy” Wilson, age 73, of Aurora, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at Memorial Community Care surrounded by family. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, October 28th at the First Christian Church in Aurora. Rev. Penny Schulz will officiate.

Leanna Peters

Leanna M. Peters passed away at Legacy Square in Henderson on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022 at the age of 91, surrounded by her family.  Leanna Ratzlaff Peters was born on March 13, 1931, near Henderson to Henry J. and Anna Janzen Ratzlaff.

Donald Wilson

Donald DeRoy Wilson, 89, died Saturday, Oct. 21, 2022 at Westfield Quality Care. Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022 at Pleasant View Bible Church, Aurora. Family burial will be prior to the memorial service. Pastor Bob Gannon will officiate.
