Coming off a five-day holiday break, Hampton’s girls basketball team got back in the gym Monday to prepare for its first home holiday tournament game later that afternoon.
Shots just weren’t falling, making coach Margo LaBrie a bit nervous.
“I just wanted to get the ball in their hands,” she said.

Hampton coach Margo LaBrie was shocked looking at the damage East Butler did offensively in the fourth quarter.
The Tigers scored 28 points and completely erased a 13-point deficit.
Yet, LaBrie’s Lady Hawks found a way to gut out a home victory.
