M. Lucille Hunnicutt, 91, of Grand Island died October 25, 2021 at home. Funeral services will be on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Grand Island with Pastor Ken Mecone officiating. Private family burial will be at 9 a.m.

David “Dave” Walter McHargue, 78, of Grand Island, formerly of Marquette, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, October 21, 2021, with his loving family by his side. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Solt-Wagner Funeral Home in Central City.

Richard Cooper, age 91, of Crete, formerly of Aurora, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at a Tabitha Facility in Crete. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 29 at the United Methodist Church in Aurora. Rev. Michelle Reed will officiate.

Clifford D. Ulmer

Clifford Dean Ulmer was born April 27, 1950 in Aurora, to Elaine Smith Ulmer and Harris D. Ulmer. He died Aug. 27, 2021 at his home in Las Vegas, Nev.     He married Karen L. Ulmer in October 1974 and was later divorced in 1980. He married Phyllis M. Ulmer in 1993. Phyllis later died in 2009.

Deryne J. Eastman

Deryne J. Eastman, 52, of Grand Island, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, in Grand Island, the result of a motorcycle accident. A memorial service will be Friday, Oct. 22, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. at Curran Funeral Chapel. Pastor Luke Biggs will officiate. The family will greet friends on Thursday, Oct.

Jeffery “Jeff” Happold, 55, of Grand Island passed away on Oct. 16 at Grand Island Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, Oct. 21 at 1 p.m. at St. Leo’s Catholic Church. Fr. Mark Maresh will officiate. Visitation will be on Wednesday, Oct. 20 from 5-7 p.m.

Dennis R. “Denny” Riekenberg, 81, of Hordville, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021 at CHI-St. Francis in Grand Island. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church near Polk with Rev.
