Graveside services for Shirley Clark, age 91, of Grand Island, formerly of Niobrara, will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2022, at L’Eau Qui Court Cemetery in Niobrara. Delores Ruzicka will officiate. Brockhaus Funeral Home in Niobrara is in charge of arrangements.

Tyler James Green, 20, of Marquette, formerly of Grand Island died Tuesday, May 3, 2022 near Aurora as a result of a traffic accident. Services will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church. Reverend Carl Eliason will officiate.

Bernice Trautman

Bernice (Nunnenkamp) Trautman was born September 18, 1926, on the family farm south of Aurora.  Her mother and father, Elizabeth and William Nunnenkamp along with her 6 brothers welcomed her into the family.

David Bloom

David Bloom, 71, of Aurora passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Nebraska Heart Hospital in Lincoln. The family plans to have a memorial service for David at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, at Monroe Evangelical Free Church near Phillips.

James Opp

James W. Opp, 77, of Aurora formerly of Wood River, died April 30, 2022, at Memorial Care Center in Aurora. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2022, at St. Pauls Lutheran Church with Pastor Bill Pavuk officiating. Burial will follow at the Grand Island City Cemetery.
