Richard ‘Dick’ Grosshans, age 90, of Aurora, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Memorial Community Care.A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 23 at the Presbyterian United Church of Christ in Aurora.  Rev. Penny Schulz will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Aurora Cemetery.

Michael C. Parker Jr.,  47, passed away Friday, May 3, 2024 at a house in South Carolina.Michael (Maze) Parker is the son of Cynthia (McNaulty/Parker) Nielsen and Michael Parker Sr.. He was born in Nürnberg, Germany, Jan. 19, 1977.He grew up and graduated, on the honor row, in Keene, N.H.

Jim Montgomery

Jim Lee Montgomery, 80, of Marquette, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, May 10, 2024. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15 at All Faiths Funeral Home with Dan Naranjo officiating.  The family is requesting casual dress for the service.

Marty Harding

Marty Harding, 78, of Aurora, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Hearthstone in York.Marty’s wishes were to be cremated.   A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in the Aurora Cemetery.

Greg Ellyett

Gregory Robert Ellyett, 75, of Gainesville, passed away April 27, 2024 in Denton.Greg was born January 1, 1949 at Fort Belvoir, VA to James Ellyett, Jr. and Dorothy Wolfe.  His family moved to Aurora during his childhood and he graduated high school there in 1967.

Arthur "Bud" Ritz

Arthur" Bud" Ritz entered into heaven and was met by Jesus, his Savior and Lord on April 28, 2024 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He was surrounded by many family members at his earthy home. Bud was born to Erich and Marie (Schwadwerer) Ritz in Sherman County, on September 5, 1932.

Tonya Bengtson

Tonya Bengtson, age 46, of Aurora, passed away Friday, April 26, 2024, at Westfield Quality Care in Aurora.Tonya’s wishes were to be cremated and the family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.   No Visitation. Memorials may be made to the family to designate at a later date.

Rita M. Obermeier, 95, of rural Giltner died on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at the Good Samaritan Society, Grand Island.Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 3 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Giltner.  Celebrating Mass will be Father Mark Seiker.  Burial will be at 2:30 p.m.

Ardean Glen Hagemeister, age 68, of Tucson, Ariz. passed away on April 5, 2024.A private burial will be held at the Aurora Cemetery for the family.Ardean was born on Nov. 1, 1955 in Grand Island to Glen Ernest Hagemeister and Bethine Wilma (Anderson) Hagemeister.
