The school day just got longer for the Huskies -- on Wednesday anyway.  Thanks to a round of snow days and other school cancellations that were unplanned at the beginning of the school year, Supt.

More than 30 people attended a joint public hearing at Aurora City Hall Monday, asking questions and voicing concerns about tax increases proposed by the Aurora City Council and school boards in Aurora and Hampton.
The Aurora 4R School Board discussed its proposed 2022-23 fiscal year budget in a meeting Monday, though it cannot be approved until after a joint public budget hearing with Sept. 26.
