City, Aurora and Hampton school leaders explain increases, though several speak out against rising burden on taxpayers
More than 30 people attended a joint public hearing at Aurora City Hall Monday, asking questions and voicing concerns about tax increases proposed by the Aurora City Council and school boards in Aurora and Hampton.
