The Friday night lights are back and the area put on one heck of a show to kick off the 2022 football season.
The ANR's area teams went a combined 3-1 on opening night with Aurora, Giltner and Hampton all getting wins to start the year 1-0.

The wind was still howling, but the Aurora tracksters used some of that to their advantage at Friday’s Broken Bow Invite.
The Husky boys team turned in several gold medal efforts to finish tied for runner-up with 83 points, just behind McCook at 124 and knotted up with the host team, Broken Bow.
