Nebraska Wesleyan added speed and quickness to its lineup Wednesday.

Aurora senior Kaylee Crosby made her college choice official, signing a letter of intent to continue her academic and track and field career at Nebraska Wesleyan.

Crosby has been a staple in Aurora's sprints for the past three seasons and is looking forward to moving up the all-time chart this spring.

She finished sixth at state in the 100 meter dash as a freshman with a time of 12.94

Her sophomore season was cancelled by COVID, but came back her junior year in multiple events, including the 100 and 400 meter relay despite several injuries throughout the year.

Currently, Crosby is 7th on Aurora's all-time list in the 200 meter dash with a time of 26.52 in 2019. She's also 12th on Aurora's all-time list in the 100 dash with a time of 12.74 while also running on the 9th best 400 meter relay in school history at 51.04.
