Aurora and Hampton continue to be bullies on the gridiron as the regular season enters the final weeks.  The Huskies improved to 8-0 with a convincing win against Fairbury on Homecoming night while Hampton went on the road for a tough win at St.

Aurora and Hampton put on offensive shows Friday night.  The Huskies won a battle of unbeatens against Adams Central with 35 first half points while the Hawks won its third game in a row with 52 first half points over Heartland Lutheran.

Another solid week for area football teams, going a collective 3-1 in week six.  Aurora, Hampton and High Plains all picked up convincing wins in their respective matchups Friday.

Three of the four ANR area teams played Thursday night football and two of those scored victories in road games.  Aurora moved to 5-0 on the season with another convincing win at St. Paul, 54-13.

The Class C1 No. 1 Aurora Huskies made another statement Friday night.  Behind the efforts of Carlos Collazo, Aurora rushed past C1 No. 4 Boone Central 34-14 at home.  Collazo tallied 256 yards on 17 attempts with four rushing scores while adding a reception TD.
