MCHI transitions to shared care model for OB

Memorial Community Health, Inc. (MCHI) has announced that obstetrical care provided through their clinic and hospital has transitioned to a shared care model, which means that babies will no longer be delivered in Aurora.

The Aurora City Council approved the second of three required readings to advance annexation of a parcel in the Kremer 5th Subdivision during a very brief meeting Jan. 25. Lot 2 of the Kremer Subdivision just north of A Street has been proposed for annexation into the city limits.
A new community clubhouse on the edge of Poco Creek Golf Course is nearly enclosed now, with the facility expected to be fully completed and available for public use by May 1.

Members of the Poco Creek Golf Course elected new board members during last week’s annual meeting, where they also reviewed course revenues, expenses and activities, including a progress report on construction of a new clubhouse.
