Aurora crews respond to several flipped over vehicles on Interstate 80

A home under construction on 8th Street was blown down by the storm Thursday.
Aurora firefighters responded to four separate turned over semi-trucks on Interstate 80 after a major wind storm blew through Thursday evening, while in town a local family escaped harm when a lightening bolt hit a nearby tree, sending pieces of tree and glass everywhere.
While damage to the vehicles was severe, Aurora Fire Chief Tom Cox reported that no one was transported to the hospital.
