With the days creeping closer to when students will be back in the halls in Aurora schools across the district, Supt. Jody Phillips led a Monday evening special school board meeting with the intention of finalizing a back-to-school/school reopening policy.

High Plains rolls out school plans

The High Plains Board of Education held a special meeting July 27 to help prepare for the beginning of the 2020/21 school year.
“They (the board) adopted a resolution that we are going to start with in-class school at the start of the year,” Supt. Brian Tonniges explained.

NWU announces spring academic honors list

Nebraska Wesleyan University has announced its Academic Honors List for the spring semester of the 2019- 2020 academic year.
A student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.75 (on a 4.00 scale) for 12 or more hours of coursework to qualify for the list.
