The Aurora City Council heard a Central District Health Department COVID-19 report and approved a few action items during a brief meeting Nov. 10.
Councilman Dick Phillips, who sits in on CDHD meetings as the council’s representative, reported that the latest COVID-19 numbers are not good.
“As of last week in the district there are 480 new positive tests and to date 71 deaths,” Phillips said. “The numbers are rising very fast. Everybody going out into a public place should have a mask on because it’s everywhere now.”
