Changes planned at Roe Chevy dealership

Roe Chevrolet announced this week to customers and community members in Aurora and Grand Island pending changes with the dealerships. Jason Roe, president of Roe Chevrolet and Roe Automotive, Inc., explained that new Buick vehicles will no longer be available at the Grand Island location.

Hearing reveals details of infant’s cause of death

More details about the injuries that led to the death of 3-month-old Stormi Swartz in Marquette last August were revealed in a two-hour hearing in Hamilton County District Court on Friday.

Aurora Meat Block earns state honors in meat processing

The Aurora Meat Block was recognized as one of the state’s top meat lockers this weekend, earning eight awards at the annual convention of the Nebraska Association of Meat Processors in Kearney.

Aurora’s living wax museum returns

Aurora Middle School’s “People of the Past” (POP) returned March 18 with 84 historical figures brought to life by the seventh graders. This year, the seventh graders raised $2,445.22 to support the Inclusive Playground, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Fig Tree and Vine.
