    Aurora native Josh Paisley, a general manager at the Timpte dry bulk trailer plant in David city, has had an interest in manufacturing since he was a kid growing up in Hamilton County. Paisley was inspired by his father, Clint, who worked for 30 years as a plant manager at the IAMS pet food plant west of Aurora.“I always liked operation-based things so that’s where I went,” he said....
