Mayor Marlin Seeman does hereby declare a "Snow Emergency" in the City of Aurora, to be in effect beginning at 12 p.m. CST, on Monday, Jan. 25 and ending at 12 p.m. CST, on Tuesday, Jan. 26. The City of Aurora has declared this Snow Emergency based on the forecast from the National Weather Service.

Adam Seger was sworn in as a new member of the Aurora Police Department last week, bringing the force back to full staffing. A native of Atkinson, Seger studied criminal justice at Northeast Community College before transferring to UNL to study fishery and wildlife.
