Stage is set for A’ROR’N Days

A’ROR’N Days is back in big city style! Starting Thursday at 9 a.m. and running through Sunday at 1 p.m., Aurora’s annual summer festival will be hosting events and activities for all ages.

Local veterans celebrated with Quilts of Valor at Plainsman

Family, friends and community members gathered inside the Plainsman Museum Saturday morning to honor and celebrate five veterans. The Nimble Thimble Quilt Guild presented the guests of honor with quilts created by their members as Janette Friesen shared each of their stories.
