Andrew Joppru, 83, of Thief River Falls, Minn., passed away on Wednesday, July 08, 2020 at the Fargo Veterans Administration Medical Center. The memorial service to celebrate Andy’s life was held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 13, 2020 at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, Minn.
