Pictured here is one of the city’s existing trails running through Streeter Park. A local trails committee has applied for a $250,000 federal grant to help expand the trail system with new segments in the Streeter and Northridge subdivisions.

The main driveway and parking area outside the airport manager’s office were replaced with new concrete during construction this summer at the Aurora Airport.

Tom and Patti Kell stand next to the imposing Pine Mountain Ski Jump in Michigan, which at 176 feet is one of the highest artificial ski jumps in the world. “Scary to even be on the ground imagining the jump,” Patti observed. The jump is located across the river from the small town of Aurora, Wisc.

This photo shows some of the new equipment purchased recently at Aurora Boardworks, which uses high-resolution cameras to inspect circuit boards at different stages of production.
