The quilts were presented by the Nimble Thimble Quilt Guild, the Grand Island Quilt of Valor group. Veterans who received their quilt of valor includes, front from left: Allen Miller, Brian Miller, Kevin Miller, Kenneth Paul Colburn. The veterans were drapped with their quilts by Allen’s wife Kay, Janie Murphy, Darci Higgins Williamson and Kenneth’s wife Ann respectively during the ceremony.
