For the second time in as many duals, Jack Allen was in the finale spot and stole the show.

The Aurora junior scrambled for a third period pinfall victory as part of Aurora's dual matchup at Columbus Lakeview Thursday, an event the Vikings won 40-34.

Allen trailed 4-3 early in the third after Lakeview's Landon Ternus scored an escape. There were several hard scrambles throughout the match, but the final one allowed Allen to score a takedown and eventually win via fall at the 5:13 mark of the match.

Karsten Hohm, Jack Spiehs, Britton Kemling and Mack Owens also won contested matches for the Huskies in the dual while Aaron Jividen and Brekyn Papineau won via forefits.

The Lady Huskies were also in action against Lakeview's girls, scoring a 36-24 win.

Winners for the Aurora girls included Kehlanee Bengtson and Tiffany Senff, each winning via pinfall in the first period.

Forefit wins included Tia Teigre, Maggie Brandt, Mae Sikes and Shyann Shaw.

Aurora will be back in action once the calendar flips to 2022. The girls will compete at the Norm Manstedt Invite Jan. 6 while the boys will compete at Central City Jan. 8.
