Parma K. Werner, 83, passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Memorial Hospital in Aurora. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 9 at Messiah Lutheran Church with  Barb Johnson officiating.  Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday, June 8 from 5-7 p.m.

Nola Cooper

Nola Cooper, age 84, of Crete, formerly of Aurora, passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Bryan/LGH West Medical Center in Lincoln. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 10 at the United Methodist Church in Aurora. Rev. Michelle Reed will officiate.

Agnes Kohtz

Agnes Kohtz, age 92, of Aurora, formerly of Hampton, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Westfield Quality Care. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 7 at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Hampton. Rev. Dan Barbey will officiate. Interment will be at the Hampton Cemetery.

Lanny Ang

Lanny Lee Ang, 77, struggled with the flares of M.S. all his adult life but December 22, 2020 lost his short fight with lung cancer at his home.  Memorial Services will be Saturday, June 12 at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Polk, with Rev. Ricardo Riqueza officiating.

Dean Troyer

Dean A. Troyer (77), a retired Topeka Endodontist, expert sporting dog trainer, and decorated Vietnam War veteran, died on March 22, 2021 in the blessed comfort of his home. Born in Aurora, on July 30, 1943, the son of Glen and Dorothy (Oswald) Troyer, He graduated from Aurora High School in 1961.

Lyle Reab

Lyle Reab, age 22, of Giltner, was reported missing from action during battle near Vossenack, Germany on November 9, 1944. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m.

Jerry Bartley

Jerry Bartley, age 65, of Aurora, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at CHI Health-St. Francis in Grand Island. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 2 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Aurora. Rev. Don Buhrman will be the Celebrant.

David Auger

David (Dave) Edward Auger, born September 24, 1969 in Concord, MA, loving husband, son, father, brother and uncle, passed away May 7, 2021 at the age 51, peacefully at home. David served in the United States Navy where he was stationed in Norfolk, VA, and was honorably discharged.

Pamela Lawson

Pamela Lawson, age 55, of Aurora, passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at her home. Pamela’s wishes were to be cremated.  A Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date.  No Visitation. At this time, the family requests no flowers or plants.
