    The Class C1 No. 1 Aurora Huskies made another statement Friday night. 

    Behind the efforts of Carlos Collazo, Aurora rushed past C1 No. 4 Boone Central 34-14 at home. 

    Collazo tallied 256 yards on 17 attempts with four rushing scores while adding a reception TD. 

    Aurora's defense held Boone Central to 8 rushing yards on the night. The Huskies will be on the road next week, taking on another ranked opponent in Ashland-Greenwood. 

    As for the other area teams, High Plains, Hampton and Giltner were unable to corral victories. 

    Listed are all area teams and the scores of those games with the winning team in bold:

    Aurora vs Boone Central, 34-13

    HPC vs Central Valley, 50-26

    Hampton vs Parkview Christian, 46-6

    Giltner vs Kenesaw, 42-6
