It wasn’t always pretty, but when it mattered most, Aurora’s hitters came through.After giving up a late lead in set one, the Aurora volleyball team took the next three in a four-set win at Hastings Thursday, 23-15, 25-15, 25-23 and 26-24.

The High Plains football team fell behind early, but left no doubt in the end.Powered by three Gage Friesen rushing touchdowns as well as a pick six, the Storm turned a 14-3 deficit into a 47-20 win at home Friday night.The win moves HPC to a 5-2 record with one game left in the regular season.
