The following is a press release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department: On May 1 the Hamilton County Sheriff’s office was notified that a 17-year-old male had suffered a gunshot wound while hunting with friends, which occurred in southern Hamilton County.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol, a two-vehicle accident occurred on Highway 14, approximately one mile south of Aurora, around 7:30 a.m. this morning.

UPDATE (As of 4:50 p.m. 4/3/2022) According to the Nebraska State Patrol, a two-vehicle accident occurred on Highway 14, approximately one mile south of Aurora, around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 3.
