Linda Dose

Linda Dose, age 73, of Aurora, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at home. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 12 at Zion Lutheran Church north of Hampton. Rev. David Feddern will officiate.  Inurnment will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m.

Ron Thompson, age 62, of Aurora, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021, at home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 8 at Monroe Evangelical Free Church of Phillips. Rev. Joe Mullarkey will officiate.  Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m.

Kevin Klawonn

Kevin Klawonn, age 67 of Hampton died suddenly Wednesday March 3, 2021. Per Kevin’s request there will be a private family burial. Please join us for a Celebration of Life Service at 11 a.m. Tuesday March 9 followed by coffee and cookies (Kevin style) at Countryside Bible Church near Hampton.

Norma Colby, age 95, of Grand Island, formally from Aurora passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Tiffany Square Care Center with her family by her side. The family will hold a private memorial service at the Omaha National Cemetery.

Lanny Woodrow Berck, age 73 of Aurora, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021 at Bryan-East Medical Center in Lincoln. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 5 at 2 p.m. at Higby-McQuiston Mortuary with visitation one hour prior.

Sherry Lee Christenson, age 78, of Omaha, went home to be with the Lord Sunday evening, February 21, 2021. Visitation was held Sunday, February 28, from 2-4 p.m. at Reichmuth Funeral Home, Elkhorn, with a time of remembrance and celebration of her life at 3 p.m. A Memorial service was held at 11 a.

Jennie Eck

Jennie Jean Eck, age 84, of Henderson, died Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Henderson. She was born November 18, 1936 in rural Hamilton County to Reinhart J. and Lillie (Friesen) Peters.

Linda Alberts

Linda Elaine Alberts was a generous and courageous wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She left this world on February 17, 2021 at the age of 77, with her daughters by her side.  No local services will be held at this time.

Steven Lowell Fenster of Lincoln passed away suddenly in his home on February 12, 2021. Steve earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

James “Jim” M.W. Hilligas, 81, of Grand Island passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, at Christ Lutheran Church, 1300 N. Grand Island Ave., Grand Island.  Reverend Tom Schneider is the officiant.
