Up to 128 bags of shoes were collected by the Aurora Chapter of Philanthropic Educational Organization (A.C. PEO) and were placed by the storage building of Hamilton Telecommunications Oct. 9 for pick-up. More than $1300 will be collected by PEO to give back to women in the community through grants, loans and scholarships.

High interest seen in Marquette trustee race

Hampton moves White Blossom street project up

Following a hearing on the village’s state-required 2025 One and Six Year Street Improvement Plan, the Hampton Board of Trustees voted Monday night to remove one project from the one year plan and replace it with another on the other end of town that had previously been one of the six-year projects.
