Alva (Butch) Cranmore, 70, of Marquette passed away early Saturday morning, June 26, at Memorial hospital in Aurora.  Memorial services will be Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Presbyterian Church in Central City with Pastor Doug McHargue and Pastor Jim Garfield officiating.

Jerome "Jerry" Twibell

Jerome “Jerry” Jay Twibell, 86, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2021, at home. He was born on March 10, 1935 to Lloyd and Dora Twibell of Orchard. On February 2, 1961, he married Sondra Jane Humphrey of Giltner. Together they reared two boys, Mark and John.

Coletta Pfeifer

Coletta Theresa (Heimann) Pfeifer, age 96, of Fremont passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Sumner Place in Lincoln.  She was born March 21, 1925 at home at St. Bernard, to Henry and Elizabeth (Sueper) Heimann. Coletta grew up in the St. Bernard area and married Harold P.

Robin Shanks

Robin Renee Barnes Shanks, one of three daughters of Gerald and Wanda (Wilcox) Barnes, was born April 30, 1954, in Lincoln.   As her family moved around Nebraska, Robin attended several schools, notably North Loup and Norfolk, before graduating from Superior High School.

Shawn Geiszler

Shawn Kyle Geiszler, age 42, of Aurora, died Friday, June 18, 2021 at Aurora. He was born February 4, 1979 in Jamestown, North Dakota. Shawn worked as a truck driver in the Aurora area for several years. On December 6, 2006, he was united in marriage to Cynthia Bowland. They were later divorced.

Nell Ericksen

Nell Ericksen, age 89, of Hampton, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021, at the Sutton Community Home in Sutton. Nells’s wishes were to be cremated.  A Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 19 at the United Lutheran Cemetery, 3 miles north of Hampton, 17th and W Rd.
