Good morning! I was reading letters by Robert Lewis Stevenson this week and he stated to his mother that he believed there was another sense we don’t mention. The sense of memory. He was describing a scene he hopes will be in his memory in the future.

The Fourth of July has passed and now our dog has come out from under the bed. That had been her safe zone the past few weeks when the booms from fireworks broke the silence of our neighborhoods. In our clan fireworks were not a part of the Fourth of July celebration.

The children of Steve and Vicki Wishart are requesting a card shower in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary. Steve and Vicki were married July 13, 1970 at United Lutheran Church in Hampton. Their children are Kristi (Kirk) Bruns of Springview and Brian (Bethany) Wishart of Arvada, Colorado.
