Faith, family have and always will be the joy of Christmas

This week’s edition of the News-Register offers a special gift in the form of a giant Christmas card to the community, from the community. It’s the largest edition of the year, by far, including holiday greetings from your friends and neighbors of all ages, as well as local businesses.

Free shop event aims to give back for the holidays

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”  This verse, 2 Corinthians 9:7 is what inspired Vicki Hill and her family to start a clothing and toy drive for the residents of Hamilton County.
