Phillips village board discusses solutions to controversial issues

The Phillips Village Board tackled many of the big agenda items discussed last month at its Aug. 3 meeting such as Memorial Hall quorum/ownership debate, curfew and nuisance abatement. Unlike the last meeting, calm and sometimes laughter fell over the 22 town residents gathered in village hall.
