Potential Kansas Nebraska Heritage Area draws concern

Debbie Sorensen of Phillips joined the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners meeting Monday to air her concerns on the proposed Kansas Nebraska Heritage Area designation that, if passed, would include Hamilton County land.
