Joining the line-up was a pie, hot dog and hot pepper eating contest along with a ladies’ skillet toss.

Fair kicks off 7-day celebration

The 2021 Hamilton County Fair kicked off with a bang Monday, igniting a week-long celebration of history, tradition and fun for all ages.
An anvil was blown into the air during opening ceremonies in the grandstands, the first of many events planned at the fairgrounds this week.
