Baylor Scheierman’s best chance to reach the ultimate goal of the NBA was to “come home.”
The former Husky participated in NBA draft workouts last spring before ultimately deciding to come back to college one more year and transfer to Creighton for the opportunity to play major college basketball.
“It was quite the experience and a lot of fun. Not a lot of people can say they went through the NBA draft experience,” Scheierman said in a phone interview last week.
