Aurora junior crashes at the start, finishes 25th

    It was an uphill battle from the start Friday, literally and figuratively, for Aurora’s girls cross country team. 
    After a crash near the start involving Aurora’s Elena Kuehner, the race restarted and the Lady Huskies fought through adversity until the finish line. 
    In the Class C race, Kuehner battled back for a 25th place finish while the Lady Huskies earned a 12th place team effort at the state cross country meet at Kearney Country Club.
