June Hill, age 86, of Aurora, passed away on Friday, Dec. 22, 2023 at Memorial Hospital in Aurora.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Aurora. Rev. Mark Seiker will officiate. Interment will be in the Giltner Cemetery.

Marjorie Snodgrass

Marjorie Mae Snodgrass, age 89, of Lincoln, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. She was born September 21, 1934, to Harley and Verda (Skinner) Warren on a farm near Giltner, the youngest of six children.  Marjorie was a graduate of Aurora High School and Hastings College.

Joyce Martin, 71, of Hampton, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Azria Broadwell in Grand Island.A Visitation will be held from at 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday, December 22 at Higby-McQuiston Mortuary in Aurora. Following the visitation Joyce’s wishes were to be cremated.

Marie A. (Friesen) Epp, age 93, of Henderson, died on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the Legacy Square Care Center in Henderson. She was born on October 27, 1930 to Frank K. and Anna (Thieszen) Friesen on a farm northwest of Henderson.

Kenneth Eugene Kuehner Sr, 84, of Marquette, passed away at home surrounded by his family on November 30, 2023. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Heartland Evangelical Free Church in Central City.  Visitation will be on Sunday, December 3, from 5-7 p.m.
