Born on June 8, 1929, in Giltner, Neil was a beloved family patriarch, a devout Christian, and a proud veteran. He attended the Colorado School of Mines and participated in various distance learning opportunities.

Deb Arthur, 68, of Aurora, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Bickford Cottage in Grand Island.A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m.  Saturday, February 3, 2024 at St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Grand Island.  Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m.
