Bobbi Lynn Wendt

Bobbi Lynn Wendt, 57, passed away in her Ogallala home March 12, 2026 with her mother, Myra Bish, by her side.
Born July 12, 1968, Bobbi was the daughter of Deryl and Myra Bish of Giltner and was a graduate of Giltner High School, Class of 1986. 
Bobbi loved all things agriculture but had a deep passion for horses and spent countless hours enjoying trail rides and moving cattle. Being horseback was where she felt most at peace. 
She will be remembered for her love of the outdoors and her adventurous spirit, the joys she found in the simple moments spent riding under open skies as well as her never give up attitude. Bobbi’s kindness and free spirit touched the lives of those who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
Her memory will live on in the trails she rode, the horses she loved, and in the hearts of family and friends who shared in her journey. 
She is survived by her mother, Myra Bish and son, Tyson Wendt. She is also survived by her brother, Todd (Heather) Bish along with several nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Oran and Mary Bish and Bob and Dorothy Hawthorne and father, Deryl Bish. 
Bobbi’s wishes were that there be no funeral services.
