Aurora falls to Vikings in B-7 subdistricts

    Even down to its last strike, Aurora had an opportunity to find a way, it just never happened. 
    The Lady Huskies were ousted by Columbus Lakeview 2-0 in the B-7 subdistrict final game played Monday night on Lakeview’s home field.
    The Vikings were the host team with Aurora coming in as the No. 3 seed, having already defeated No. 2 Blue River 10-0 earlier in the day. 
    Aurora coach Ashton Voss said after an emotional season-ending loss that it was one of the team’s best games of the season. It just wasn’t enough.
