Search to begin for 4R facility review

The Aurora 4R School Board voted Monday to proceed with the process of selecting a company to conduct a facility study of the district in what Supt. Jody Phillips explained as the next step in the year-long strategic planning initiative.

Anyone driving down M Street in Aurora recently may have noticed a rather odd sight — a big round hay bale with windows sitting on a two wheeled trailer.

Adams murder trial delayed until next year

With a new judge in the case and new charges filed by the state, Jeffery Adams will now stand trial in June of 2024 for the premeditated murder of his wife Angela in their Marquette home on Feb. 26 of this year.
